You can refer companies that currently do have Cable ONE Business services OR existing Cable ONE Business customers who would benefit from additional services.

  • New customers must not have been Cable ONE Business customer within 90 days of referral submission.
  • Existing customers must be in good standing and have not subscribed to the added service(s) within the past 90 days.

  • Business Phone (any plan level)

Please note, however, that certain restrictions apply. For example, adding phone lines to an existing Business Phone plan or an upgrading an existing Business Internet plan to a faster speed tier does not qualify.

You will receive your Rewards ONE points 35 days after installation of services.

If one of your referrals accepts an invitation to be contacted from the correspondence you sent using our Empowerment tools, they will be assigned to a Business Account Executive for follow-up. The Account Executive will update the status as further interactions take place. You can view the real time status of referrals within your account.

All associates are eligible to become Associate Advocates except the following:

  • Associates within the Business Services division (all departments)
  • Regional Advertising Sales Managers
  • Associates who work out of the Phoenix office
  • System General Managers

A few important ones to remember:

  • The referral must be within a Cable ONE serviceable area for you to collect any rewards
  • Referrals must sign a minimum 12-month contract within 60 days of their referral
  • You MUST submit leads via the Advocate Rewards platform to be eligible for rewards
  • The referred business must not have had an active “Opportunity” in Salesforce for ANY Cable ONE Business service (or active quote for fiber services) within 30 calendar days of referral submission
  • Spouses and family members are not eligible referral sources
